5 Tips for writing flow

5 Inspirational TIPS for WRITING FLOW and avoiding writers block:

Inspiration comes from deep within, from our source.

1- Let the soul guide you and make sure to always connect with your heart before you begin writing. It may be placing your hand on the heart and breathe mindfully, or other type of meditation. It may help to set an intention before or just use a mantra such as: “Sat Nam” or “Satya” (truth, essence), or only an affirmation such as: i am true to myself.

2- If you find yourself stuck thinking too much stop writing, go do some yoga, or other mindful activity, or take a walk to change perspective and to let go of worries or pressure.

3- If you have Aha moments in least expected times of the day write them down immediately, don’t wait too long otherwise the “magic” may vanish in “maya illusion” or daily life.

4- Listen to inspiring/meditative (high frequency) music while writing.

5- Don’t forget your relax time, to smile often and remain positive, it eases the process and creates more space for inspiration and divine connection to flow.
